Former CEO. Entrepreneur. Coach. Artist. Free Spirit.

For most of my life, I've followed my curiosity, trusted my instincts, and created opportunities along the way.

I've spent over 20 years building businesses, leading teams, and working internationally. I've been a CEO, an entrepreneur, a sales manager, a project manager, a patent attorney and a business leader. I've experienced success, responsibility, challenges, and growth.

I was together with my ex for 30 years (!)

And I've loved so much of that journey.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something important:

Life isn't just about what we achieve. It's about how we feel while we're living it.

And for me, freedom has always been at the heart of everything.

The freedom to choose. To explore. To create. To change direction. To be unapologetically myself.

So I decided to follow my heart even further.

I stepped away from my corporate career and opened myself up to a different kind of adventure. One filled with travel, creativity, spirituality, new experiences, and endless possibilities.

Today, I'm building a life that brings together all the different sides of me.

The businesswoman. The coach. The artist. The dreamer. The intuitive soul.

Through Helena by Heart, I share my journey and inspire other women to reconnect with themselves, trust their intuition, and find the courage to create a life that truly feels like their own.

I bring together my experience in leadership and entrepreneurship with transformational coaching, self-discovery, creativity, and a touch of spirituality.

You'll also find my art, my travels, and jewelry created with intention — little reminders to trust yourself and follow your own path.

I don't believe we have to choose between ambition and freedom, success and happiness, or being grounded and believing in a little magic.

I believe we can have it all — on our own terms.

And perhaps the greatest adventure of all is becoming more of who we truly are.
